Description:

Opening the site in Chrome browser (Android) informs the user the site is in French and offers a translation.

Devices Tested:

Only Android Chrome Versions offered this prompt. Safari, and Firefox didn't show any alert of the website being in a foreign language

Error now appears in Desktop version of Chrome. More testing needed for Desktop Firefox and Opera
