EPA Breakdown last updated inccorrect #290

The EPA Breakdown seems to be updating but the date and time are not. For example: Last Updated: 4:00 PM ET, 4/9/2023 but it seems to have current EPA Data.

The EPA column is live-updating but all the more granular game piece fields are updated manually periodically. I update the Last Updated time every time I run the update script.
