FREEZE option for top row (and left column) of tables #309

Often times I am knee deep in a table and I loose the thread of what column is what. It would be nice to have the ability to make the headings row freeze (ala a spreedsheet) so that the data in a table is visible but also the column headings.

Bonus points for the ability to have a left column or two freeze -- less important but sometimes useful (Match number, team number, team name, ... are often important and you are scrolled far right looking at the data on that side of the table
