1816-The_Southern_Constellations-992 Philly Neufund, sort of #16

@thomasnehrlich @Grimnir7 1816-The_Southern_Constellations-992 Philly.pdf I found this text, thought it was Neufund, but it is the same as: K1816-The_Southern_Constellations-6-neu.pdf

However the K1816 file seems to have gotten lost and deleted or never added to Biblio at some point, maybe because London and Philly Journal title is same? Needs to be added back into corpus.
