This is the development branch for the 1.0.0 release. Comments on code in this PR are welcome.

If you want to contribute new work, make a new PR against this (dev-1.0.0) branch.

[x] review and improve module documentation

Open questions:

[x] #11 Does there need to be a way to create colors with RGB 255 and alpha?
[x] #12 Does there need to be a way to get the RGB components as [0,255] ?
[x] #13 Should fromHex return a Maybe/Result, or just a value?
