"Run elm-format in Atom" -- two packages? #406

I'm using Atom 1.19.5 x64 on Windows. I am completely new to elm.

What's the difference between the elm-format and elm packages?

Both are subtitled "Run elm-format in Atom" -- see screenshot below -- but it's not obvious which of the two I need. Or both.

Hmm, I don't know the differences, and it also looks like the ownership of both packages has changed recently.

If anyone finds out the differences, can you share info here so I can update the elm-format README.

The elm package does nothing. It was a shameless name-grab. It should be removed.
