As a part of the enhanced bitrate support, I've updated the popup:

Note that on m.youtube.com, I haven't observed that YouTube supports 1080p Premium; thus this version doesn't support m.youtube.com Closing #107

YouTube provides this option to some users (I believe it's A/B tested), but only those with YouTube Premium can actually select it
