[Bug] Settings panel is bugged #119

Describe the bug

This is how the settings look, I cannot edit any settings or anything. image

This happens in Edge, add-on version 1.7.13

How to reproduce

I just installed it from Edge Extension webstore.

Expected behavior

You cannot change settings.

What browser(s) can you reproduce the issue on?

Chromium Edge

What OS does it occur on?

Windows

What's the version you're running?

1.7.13

Make sure the bug wasn't reported before

Additional context

My Edge new web page is also bugged out could it be on my end?

The settings button is on the far left side of the browser and I cannot edit any settings there also.

That's strange, though it had been reported before Considering https://github.com/avi12/youtube-auto-hd/issues/117#issuecomment-1675680579, it is unfixable ATM and therefore the only fix is to install the Chrome version instead in Edge

This thing also happens if the add on is installed from the Chrome web store. Do you mean I should change browsers?

Not really, I'm using Edge as my daily driver (with the Chrome version) and I've never had such an issue

Can you add a dedicated Settings page just for this reason alone? example: how SponsorBlock has dedicates settings page and settings panel.

There is already settings page, actually. If you open the options through the extension management page in the browser, you will arrive at the same settings page

There is already settings page, actually. Thank you! Weirdly the menu is back, I am using the Chrome version and I have not changed anything in Edge image

@jakche It took Microsoft about 3 weeks, but it finally got through
