[Bug] Clicking on the "Reload to track your watch time" boosts your total watch time

Describe the bug

Getting a boost in my minutes by clicking the reload button

Expected behavior

Should just update the extension (ik this is a bug and will get fixed since i saw one of the previous comments on the chrome store)

Make sure that YouTube Time Manager is the only extension running on YouTube

That was the strangest bug I've ever seen Do you have another YouTube tab open that runs in the background?

No other tab open. Asked a friend to replicate the bug and they can't so seems like it might be something on my side. I have no other tracking apps or extensions installed if that helps.

One thing I noticed is that I am still using version 3.0.1 which I got from chrome store, not sure if an update was already launched.

Right now 3.0.3 is being reviewed and my short-term goal is to release 3.0.5

I think I figured the source of the issue

Please try to sideload this version (I recommend in a temporary Chrome profile) and let me know if the issue is fixed: youtube-time-manager-3.0.6.zip

According to my testing, the issue has been fixed If it keeps happening, let me know It will be pushed to version 3.0.6+
