HPS payment processor #113

I need a gateway for HPS worldwide - can I PR that here or do I define that in a separate project? Is there a process for that defined someplace?

Hey @mcelaney we'd be thankful if you could add a PR for that. Yes we do have resource on how to get started with adding gateways. Check wiki for contributing guide and adding a gateway instructions here.
