When testing against ransomware, naGuardApp.exe freezes at a certain point. No output is displayed anymore and I am unable to access any files. Not sure if it is running into some issue upon finding the ransomware or not. Any help would be great.
Usually it will blue screen of death and list "ATTEMPTED SWITCH FROM DPC" as the error.
