Gene search in the browser #14

I'm able to get to the browser now, but I'm not able to search for genes, like zenk, actin, etc. This is what the manakin people will want to be able to do. Along with seeing the cDNA tracks, specifically the manakin cDNA track. And the genes should be visibly annotated in the browser as they are in the zebra finch browser. Once you get that, then go ahead and make it live. Send an email out to the manakin community. There is still a lot left to do, but it is a very good start. BTW, I also registered manakingenomes.org just in case it is easier to have it on a separate site for security reasons.

I'll look into whether anything in the jbrowse config file handles this.
