Colored Signs

What if mods/admins can put down red-texted signs that show that an admin wrote something, cyan for mod, blue for owner. The sign doesn't drop when broken.

I like this, I'd like for admins/mods to be able to created colored text on signs too, only for use primarily in the spawn areas to make things clearer, colored text on signs even shows without light.

i would prefer ANY colors, orange and purple, all dat stuff, why stop at 3 colors?
