Command Block Commands #47

We need a way to pause and stop all command blocks from executing commands. Sort of like a kill switch in case someone gets stuck in an infinite loop, with say a Redstone clock.

Aswell as this, I think /tp commands should be disabled, as this would provide a way to get around the 3 home limit (Or whatever that may be)
