Give a setting to use Win-C and Win-X to write to Clipjump #102

Ctrl-C and Ctrl-X copy to system clipboard bypassing Clipjump.

Currently, using win as paste mode setting is automatically changed when this setting is changed from the settings editor. So when you enable Win modifier for copy/cut to Clipjump, Win+V automatically becomes the paste mode shortcut and vice versa.
