Channel Organizer: Allow creating channels #16

Using the Channel Manager introduced in V11.0 it would be nice to be able to create new channels within the "Channel Manager" window

(maybe: Entry "Add channel" within Context menu when right clicking on the Channel list)

Good idea, I will add this.. From your suggestion, I got the idea of also having a 'create new clip' . But with 'create new clip', it would be nice to have a menu bar OR I can use a common button for both the create new's
