I didn't do this because SublimeNotebook is nothing but an ST project that you can put in any folder (preferably in a cloud-synced folder) and then start taking notes. If we have something installed through Package Control, it installs to the default Packages directory. Hence, one will not be able to move their folder freely in that case. So it's not reasonable to do that.
But we can create sort of a plugin which initiates SublimeNotebook in any directory when it is called upon. I am not sure how much of a practical idea it is though, it will be most useful if you are in a habit to use many notebooks. But I don't think anyone does that. (If someone does, please give a 👍 to this post)
It'd be more convenient to most of ST users.
