Having not read the bap bug, I'd say that software obsługuje (a technology, device, standard etc.), and we (help pages) wspieramy our users, or users wspierają Mozilla, etc.
Looking at https://github.com/mozilla-l10n/www.mozilla.org/commit/418dab06629d2cc70de49007aa683c1e43163d5b, I'm not so sure if we should get rid of "Pomoc", especially as a noun. It might be the most easily understandable word for it.
I was thinking about it too but decided that we have too many occurrences of help and support in the same entities. We may try to add "techniczne" in some places also.
The more I think about it, the more I like “Pomoc” to describe a place (or “used as a noun”), as opposed to an action, where “wspierać” may be more appropriate. For example, “Strona pomocy” sounds very natural to me. I also expect a button saying “Pomoc” in my programs.
So it would look like this:
Firefox supports HTML5. → Firefox obsługuje standard HTML5. Mozilla supports the development of open standards. → Mozilla wspiera rozwój otwartych standardów. Visit Mozilla Support → Pomoc Mozilli
Decide what to do with other "support" meanings after https://github.com/aviarypl/mozilla-l10n-central-pl/pull/72
