Github says:

GPL-3.0 license

PyPi says:

License: GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL)

Header in LICENSE file:

GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3

, but there are some text about?

This should be all GPL 3.
