Currently, I have to re-learn / understand each individual app’s organization & usage, make it so that all the different pages have SOME amount of consistency, leaving room for individuality.

I approve, this is across the board and applies to all requirements / configurations. Just a 'keep-it-in-the-back-of-your-head' story.
