Currently you have to run the entire react native setup, we are moving to creating apk links that can be shared inbuilt with expo

Timeline took me about 4-5 hrs. Since there was a react-native bug (ref - https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/38282)

Having to navigate around this was painfull
