chore: moved schema components and misc files out

Cleaned up the repo

From now on avid-db will only host raw report and vuln files that are published or in review
moved misc docs, notebooks, and scripts to ../.github (private repo)
moved schema components to ../avid-schema

I consolidated parts of it into the gitbook doc (backend and editorial). Feel free to add edits to that. The mission-vision-values part is in https://avidml.org/arva/. The HF spaces part needs a home, probably in githbook.
