Architect scopes tutorial walkthrough mode for CLA #431

Rationale: The app's current usability seems to necessitate some help, or exposition. This would indicate that the app's UX stands to be improved greatly. That said, as a temporary message, a short tutorial or demo walkthrough of the app could be helpful in providing usage context and ease the cognitive burden of new users who have no one to show them the app in real time.
