无法输入全角数字，以及全角英文小写字母 #120

在打开"Full-width symbols"模式后, 
仍然无法输入全角数字以及全角英文小写字母. 

version 2.0.2

因为全角模式下输入小写英文字母会被解释成拼音字符串，��
�而无法直接输入；但是在回车提交英文字符串时，应该将小�
��英
文字母改为全角的并提交。

另外sunpinyin目前还不支持全角数字的映射。
