目前的双拼不支持模糊拼音。
还有是不是切换选项需要重启ibus?

大多数选项修改后不需要重启 
ibus-sunpinyin。需要重启的有模糊拼音，自动纠错，双拼方案，
全拼/双拼几个设置。

No, it hasn't been fixed.
At least this bug existed in ibus-sunpinyin 2.03

ubuntu 11.10 ibus-sunpinyin 2.03 模糊拼音 有设置选项 
但是好像设置了不起作用.
