Mac OSX Installer conflicted against iPhone Simulator #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open iPhone Simulator
2. Open package with installer
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installer halted with the following log (, killing the iPhone Simulator
would solve this problem):

I do get the same error. Addition log may be helpfull, it's system message. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run any iPhone application (new project or old) in simulator from xCode

What is the expected output? 
1. The application is supposed to be launched (it has been working and no 
changes to
the tested applications has been made since they started to fail)

What do you see instead?

1. The applications are build fine, but can not be launched in the simulator. 
The
simulator is started but the application never launched (the application icon is
installed in the simulator).
