能在 xsunpinyin 中允许GBK吗？ #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 执行 xsunpinyin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't use xim server with codeset GBK.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.1, xsunpinyin

据说以前可以的，但现在不致于在代码里禁掉吧。

理论上，非utf8的locale是有可能无法激活xim server的。
所以gbk的locale是没有保障的。

我会将return -1改成一个警告消息，但是，gbk 
locale的确是不支持的，建议所有中文用户改成utf-8的locale。
