为 ibus-sunpinyin 打 deb 包 #17

修改原来的 scim-sunpinyin，生成 sunpinyin-data, ibus-sunpinyin, 
sunpinyin-slm 等包

deb 包已经在 ibus-dev 的 ppa 里边了

不过现在没有拆包

�进入 Debian 和 Ubuntu，除了拆
包之外，我觉得现在的 ibus-sunpinyin 
还有一些问题需要解决，比如交叉编译的问题。这也是
迫在眉睫的问题。

在 git 里看到了  Mike Qin <mikeandmore@gmail.com> 的 debian 文件

不过现在 wrapper/ibus 的 SConstruct 
安装后运行还会有些问题，在 ibus 栏也缺图标。
文件 wrapper/ibus/debian/control.in 缺少 Description 
字段，我是给加了先前在 ppa:ibus-dev 的

唔，现在的 wrapper/ibus/debian/rules
还有些问题，生成的 deb 缺文件，部分文件权限不对。
