建议增加选项在浏览器地址里永远不切换到中文状态 #197

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
希望有选项能设置在一些几乎永远不可能用到中文输入的地��
�，禁止中文模式。
例如浏览器的地址栏，QuickSilver的命令行界面里，等等

比如开着sunpinyin，打开safari，到地址栏里输入网址，默认的��
�是中文输入模式，每次要切换到英文，有点讨厌。

sunpinyin 2.0.2.1008 osx

问题是，我们无法得知是否是浏览器的地址栏 :( 
在应用级进行区分还是可以做到的 ...
