[补丁] xsunpinyin 输入繁体中文（简繁转换）补丁

补丁针对 sunpinyin-all-in-one-2.0.3.tar.gz

从fcitx4里挖了些简繁转换代码，补到应用层 wrapper/xim

输入条加多了个 “简体/繁体” 按键， 如附图所示。

tar.bz2是更新的主题图标和转化码表。

Impressive work!

However, the traditional chinese translation support is scheduled to the next 
release using python plugin support.  The python plugin branch is not yet 
stable enough, but I believe that should be the right way to implement this.

Therefore, I would like to invite you into the development of traditional 
chinese translation support based on python plugin support as well as the 
python plugin support itself. :)

For this patch, I think is might be a better idea to release it into third 
party community or even some Linux distributions.

It is a nice idea to add plugin support.
