吴语（上海话）字“覅”（fiao）无法输入

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
输入fiao的时候，没有任何字被选中，这个字我相信应该是在g
b2312里面的，别的输入法里面都可以通过fiao来输出这个字（go
ogle、sougou、baidu）；在平时的聊天中这个字非常常用，是“��
�要”（不要）的连读。

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sunpinyin 2.0.3
Mac OS X 10.5.8

这个字不在 gb2312，但是在 gbk 里面。待我重新生成一个 
lm。顺便把“發”字也加进去。
