双拼模式下无法打出 "er" #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 使用双拼模式，MSPY或者是ZiRanMa(自然码)布局，切换到中文
2. 输入"or"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"or"应该被识别为全拼"er"，出现"耳"等字，但未出现

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ibus-sunpinyin 2.0-rc5
Archlinux

@arcpp.zju, 我可以用MS2003的布局，用 "or" 可以输入读音为 "er" 
的汉字。但是我觉得传统
的自然码的映射应该是 "er" => "er" 才对啊。
