src/pinyin/quanpin_trie.h 应该在编译时自动生成

这个文件完全是由 python/pinyin_data.py 
生成的。在它依赖的文件（比如 
src/pinyin/pinyin_data.cpp）发生改变时，quanpin_trie.h 
也会发生改变。
如果不是在编译时生成 quanpin_trie.h 的话，记录下来的 
patch（例如 http://code.google.com/p/sunpinyin/issues/detail?id=87#c4 中的 
sunpinyin-ue_to_ve.patch）中 quanpin_trie.h 
可能占用很多的空间，这是完全不必要的。因此，应该修改��
�置，使之在编译时自动生成，而不是随源代码包分发。
