please move config file dir to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/ibus/sunpin #38

To meet XDG standards. $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is ~/.config by default

ibus and ibus-pinyin have made change for a while.

thanks jarryson, actually ibus-sunpinyin is storing its configuration using 
gconf.
but yes, the user dict and language model are saved to .ibus/sunpinyin. it's now
moved to .cache/ibus/sunpinyin to follow XDG standard.

fixed in my fork.
