What steps will reproduce the problem?

> Install 2.0 beta 2 on 10.5.8/PowerPC, overwriting previous stable version 
(months old) of 
SunPinyin for PPC.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

> After installation, "Check for Update" told me that it is up-to-date, but 
still displaying version 
"0.1". Am I doing something wrong with the installation? Or I should have 
performed a clean 
install? After all, what is right way to determine the current functioning 
version of SunPinyin on 
my Mac?

fixed in r588, 

CFBundleShortVersionString = "version 2.0";
CFBundleGetInfoString = "SunPinyin version 2.0, Copyright 2010, SUNPINYIN.ORG";
