Where are the activation bars?

Which activation bar is the tester referring to? The tester did not include any screenshots of affected diagrams.

We believe that this would be a cosmetic issue, which should be of VeryLow severity.

This is not a cosmetic flaw. The entire diagram is completely absent of any activation bars. The removal of some non-activation bars is acceptable. However, the entire sequence diagram do not have even a single activation bar. How will users understand the sequence flow, as well as, how and when each of the important classes are being used? This is a medium severity and not very low, given that it is not a cosmetic flaw but a flaw that can mislead readers.
