readme.MD documentation is incorrect for showing available field options #16

I am running the latest version of this. image

The images in the readme show the ability to set the Fields 1-4's names as well as backing fields. However in the tool itself it only shows the ability to set the field work item type, and not set the name. image

this actually was a untrue. this was showing a different extension of the developers.

I think it got mixed with my autofill extenshion

I agree. thats why I closed it after I submitted! Sorry for that confusion.
