Value lists are empty in a WIT form

Hi Avi,

I followed the guide to use this extension in an Azure Devops project. I created 3 string list type fields and I added in the User Story type, the control: Multi pickers. I defined a control name then I defined the fields with their value: a field name 1 linked to my first list of values ​​field and I did the same for the 2 others. Once the control has been defined in the User Story, I suppose that the tree structure must be done in the Multi picker configuration via CSV file or in the generator. On the other hand, what should the name of the columns of my CSV correspond to ? Can it accepts accented characters? For example one of my properties in the control is named "Story Complexity" and the value refers to a list of values ​​field named "Team Story Complexity".

Currently in the form of a User Story the lists are present but empty.

hi, thank you for using my extension. if the list is empty it is usually because of wrong spelling I never try accented characters but this control ignores the first row and the first column (these are for us), so I don't think that's the problem. if you need more assistance please let me know, and please add your CSV file and some pictures (of the configuration and of the user story).

Here you can find the two list type fields to be related: for an environment I can have a set of delivery mode (DeliveryFlow).

"TribuDev Envrionment" field

"TribuDev DeliveryFlow

And the Multi-pickers control values:

The CSV file name is like control name : DeliveryWorkflow.csv. Data are separated by commas.

Then I uploaded this file in the configuration of the Multi Picker extension.

Finally I created a Use Story and there the lists of Multi-pickers controls are present but empty

Did I miss something ?

Hi Sorry for the delayed answer I think you got that wrong To populate the pick list, it takes the values from the csv file. You dont need to use picker list but a single line field

i seem to be having similar issues above imported the csv, connected the fields. and i cant even get the extension to show any of the options. on the WI form the extension loads or shows the spinner, then nothing appears
