Dorpdown fields does not shoiw vakues for some users only

I have configured a 2-dimensional multi-picker field

FMor the majority of the uses it works fine

Some users have an issue as the dropdowmn valuies are not available in their browser. The user tested with Edge and Chrome and had same results

Any suggestion what could be the root cause of this issue

We have the suspician that this is related to the prview Feature New Boards. When the user deactivated this it worked for him.
