Display public IP in GUI when launching "Give support" #60

It would be nice if gitso would get the public ip address of the support (using
whatismyip.com or some other way) and display it the GUI. That way (especially
for those with a dynamic IP provider) you can easily give or copy/paste your ip
to the person that will get support.

Let's use upnp for that. See upnp-router-control.

The user that is helped (supported person) is usualy the person that has the
less skills in computers (for me that's my 80 years old grandma).

This is why I would prefer that the supported person would get his IP address
on launching Gitso. This way, he can tell his supporter on the phone what he
gets. The best would be an automatic e-mail sent to the parametered "supporter"
with the "supported" current IP adress.

It would than be necessary to invert IP filling form from "get help" to "get
support" : the supporter would easily copy-past the IP adress in the "give
support" section, whereas the supported person may not even now what
"copy-past" mean.

I believe it would be technically more tricky for the developpers (many many
thanks for all you have achieved) but it would be a far easier way to use that
great application.
