Add job description to a chart #3

A chart should indicate which job it is referring to with the following information:

1) Job title (benchmark that is being run) 2) Timestamp

Do you want an expandable table/side bar, or a static table

This ties in with issue #4

I think a sidebar would work well for the system configuration (as well as general job information), but we also might want to display at least the job title above each chart for that job (maybe make the job title part of the chart title).
