Would love to see this published as a gem. It would make it possible to require this plugin also from some cloud CMS like Forestry.io that don't allow for manual import of plugins.

Removed the packaged gem from git, added a Rakefile and merged... thanks! ... and thanks also to @Atlas48 who made a similar merge request some time ago!
