improve meta tags
- add schema.org tags
- add Software App metadata
- add Twitter card tag (which will play with existing Open Graph tags)
improve favicons (via https://realfavicongenerator.net/)
improve social image (feel free to mess with it in Figma)
consolidate Google Fonts CSS link
