bug: "Please add location" warning being overlapped

toast div being overlapped by whatsapp icon and temperature toggle checkbox

Please assign me this issue, I have fixed it and also made it so that is slides in from the top

I have also fixed the following things, I can push these in this pr itself: -Removed the scrollbar at the bottom of the screen without hampering with responsiveness -Fixed the issue where Please add location warning doesn't appear at the exact center if the screen
