[GSSOC'23]Contest Finder #1645

Feature: This Feature helps us to find the contests on top platforms like codeforces , leetcode , codechef, atcoder , hackerrank .

Solution When the user runs the script ,they contest names with links will be generated as output .We can find the contests by using web scrapping.

Suggestions are welcome.

Please assign this to me under gssoc 2023 , i can finish this task , iam really intrested to contribute to this repo .
