Aim

I'd add the script to scrape the questions and answers to from quora, along with other details, such as the user's info, and so on.

Details

I'd add the following functions in the PR:

fetch_answers(): This function would scrape and fetch answers from a particular link given by the user.
fetch_by_query(): This function would scrape and return the answers from a particular query given by the user.
profile_details(): This function returns the profile details of a particular user through his/her user id.
