What happened?

The Issue templates are not maintained according to the latest docs. https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/syntax-for-issue-forms

Add ScreenShots

DOC: should be changed to [DOC] similarly for others

What browser are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Arc
