BUG: Default light mode not functioning

What happened?

The default light mode, which was already implemented, is not changing the UI accordingly in the application. Right now, it uses only the brightness attribute inside of it's AppTheme. I'd add everything properly into the AppTheme to make sure the light mode renders.
