Description

This GitHub Actions workflow, defined in the greetings.yml file, has been enhanced to provide a more personalized and informative greeting when a new issue or pull request is opened in the repository. This automation aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for contributors and acknowledge their valuable contributions.
