Description

Added 7 Types of Workflows inside .github/workflows Path.
I have Created close-old-issues.yml, issues.yml, lock.yml, linting.yml, aut-commen-pr.yml, issue-close-greet.yml and pr-close-greet.yml Files.

Whatever mentioned in My Issue Description of 7 Files. In that I have Ignored deno.yml and auto-comment.yml Files.
The deno.yml File is not Fit to Our Project Requirements.
The auto-comment.yml File is Similar to One of issues.ynl File mentioned in that Issue.
Instead of deno.yml and auto-comment.yml Files, I can added issue-close-greet.yml and pr-close-greet.yml Files.
So, Please Taken My Quotes into Consideration.
